Cookieverklaring

Welke cookies we gebruiken, waarvoor, en hoe je zelf bepaalt wat er mag. We houden het bewust kort en eerlijk. Heb je een vraag, stel 'm gerust.

Korte samenvatting zonder juridische status. De onderdelen hieronder zijn leidend.

  • Noodzakelijke cookies zetten we altijd: zonder die werkt de site simpelweg niet.
  • Marketingcookies (de Meta Pixel) plaatsen we pas nadat jij op "Lekker, accepteer" hebt geklikt.
  • Kies je "Alleen noodzakelijk", dan laden we de Meta Pixel niet.
  • Je keuze onthouden we een jaar en je kunt hem altijd aanpassen via "Cookie-instellingen" onderaan de site.
Onderdeel 1

Wat cookies zijn

Cookies zijn kleine tekstbestandjes die een website op je apparaat opslaat, bijvoorbeeld om je ingelogd te houden of je taalkeuze te onthouden. Naast cookies gebruiken we soms vergelijkbare technieken, zoals opslag in je browser (local storage). In deze verklaring bedoelen we met "cookies" al deze technieken samen.

We delen cookies in twee groepen: noodzakelijke cookies die nodig zijn om de site te laten werken, en marketingcookies waarvoor we eerst je toestemming vragen.

Noodzakelijke cookies

Deze cookies zijn nodig om de website en het platform te laten werken en om je voorkeuren te onthouden. Ze verzamelen geen gegevens voor advertenties. Voor deze cookies is geen toestemming vereist; ze staan altijd aan.

Onderdeel 3

Marketingcookies: de Meta Pixel

Voor onze marketing gebruiken we de Meta Pixel (van Facebook en Instagram). Daarmee meten we hoeveel mensen via onze advertenties op de site komen en welke stappen ze zetten, zodat we onze advertenties beter en relevanter kunnen maken. De Meta Pixel plaatst een cookie en laadt een script van Meta.

Doel
Het effect van onze advertenties meten en verbeteren.
Ontvanger
Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Facebook, Instagram).
Gegevens
Onder meer je IP-adres, browser- en apparaatgegevens en welke pagina's en acties je op onze site uitvoert.
Bewaartermijn
De cookie blijft tot maximaal 90 dagen staan; daarna wordt hij bij een nieuw bezoek ververst.

We plaatsen deze cookie en laden dit script pas nadat je toestemming hebt gegeven via de cookiemelding. Kies je "Alleen noodzakelijk", dan laden we de Meta Pixel niet en gaat er niets naar Meta.

Onderdeel 4

Je toestemming en hoe je die intrekt

Bij je eerste bezoek vragen we via een kleine melding of je marketingcookies toestaat. Je keuze bewaren we een jaar. Je kunt je keuze op elk moment aanpassen of intrekken op twee manieren:

  • Klik onderaan de site op "Cookie-instellingen". De melding verschijnt dan opnieuw en je kunt een andere keuze maken.
  • Verwijder de cookies via de instellingen van je browser. Bij een volgend bezoek vragen we je keuze opnieuw.

Trek je je toestemming in, dan stoppen we met het plaatsen van de marketingcookie. Cookies die al geplaatst waren, kun je via je browser verwijderen.

Onderdeel 5

Wijzigingen in deze verklaring

We kunnen deze cookieverklaring van tijd tot tijd aanpassen, bijvoorbeeld wanneer we een nieuwe tool gaan gebruiken. De meest recente versie staat altijd op onze website. Deze verklaring hoort bij onze Privacyverklaring.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device, for example to keep you logged in or remember your language choice. Alongside cookies we sometimes use similar techniques, such as storage in your browser (local storage). In this statement, "cookies" refers to all of these techniques together.

We divide cookies into two groups: necessary cookies that are needed to make the site work, and marketing cookies for which we ask your consent first.

Necessary cookies

These cookies are needed to make the website and platform work and to remember your preferences. They do not collect data for advertising. No consent is required for them; they are always on.

Section 3

Marketing cookies: the Meta Pixel

For our marketing we use the Meta Pixel (from Facebook and Instagram). It lets us measure how many people reach our site via our ads and which steps they take, so we can make our advertising better and more relevant. The Meta Pixel places a cookie and loads a script from Meta.

Purpose
Measuring and improving the effect of our advertising.
Recipient
Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Facebook, Instagram).
Data
Among other things your IP address, browser and device data, and which pages and actions you perform on our site.
Retention
The cookie stays for up to 90 days; after that it is refreshed on a new visit.

We only place this cookie and load this script after you have given consent via the cookie notice. If you choose "Only necessary", we do not load the Meta Pixel and nothing is sent to Meta.

Section 4

Your consent and how to withdraw it

On your first visit we ask, via a small notice, whether you allow marketing cookies. We keep your choice for a year. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in two ways:

  • Click "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the site. The notice then appears again and you can make a different choice.
  • Delete the cookies via your browser settings. On your next visit we will ask for your choice again.

If you withdraw your consent, we stop placing the marketing cookie. You can delete cookies that were already placed via your browser.

We may amend this cookie statement from time to time, for example when we start using a new tool. The most recent version is always available on our website. This statement belongs with our Privacy Statement.
